The patient's story exists. It is just fragmented.
I have worked inside hospital data systems and seen the same bottleneck repeatedly: the patient's story exists, but it is fragmented across PDFs, departments, languages, and disconnected systems. Every specialist receiving a complex case rebuilds it by hand before the visit even starts.
The missing layer is not another chatbot. It is source-cited, reusable patient context that clinicians can verify — and that future clinical AI workflows can safely be built on top of. That is what MedLineage is.

Every item must be verified against the source documents and discussed with a qualified clinician.
Supported files & languages
Upload medical records as PDF files. Source documents may be written in English, Italian, French, Spanish or German; the generated packet is produced in the language you choose.
Your data
You can review, export and permanently delete the records stored under your account at any time from your dashboard.
